The tradition continues.

Every year as the leaves start to fall, the opportunity arises for our members to gather and celebrate the season. Our incredible culinary team plans and prepares a multi-course meal to serve in remarkable homes throughout the community. 

To begin, we enjoyed lakeside appetizers at the clubhouse. We then moved on to some beautiful member residences where we enjoyed the additional courses. Fine dining on the go!

Fine wines are an important part of Whitetail Club.

So much so that we’ve been awarded the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for six consecutive years now. Our collection of over 450+ wines originate from worldwide locations including Idaho, California, Oregon, France, Italy, Spain, and the Southern Hemisphere.

We celebrate this diverse collection often with exclusive tastings, and intimate winemaker’s dinners that allow access to the winemaker’s and their unique methodologies. Our October members-only tasting featured the wines of Bledsoe Family Winery.

In mid-November, Chef Marcus and his culinary team welcomed members to the Lake House for a night of incredible delights alongside fellow foodies.

We created an unrivaled two-course Spanish Tapas meal, featuring marinated olives, tortilla de patatas, artichoke pesto bocaditos, seafood paella, and even Basque cheesecake. All courses were all expertly paired with complimentary wines from around the region.

And when you add in the holidays, the opportunities for flurrious fun are endless. Our seasonal sensations begin with a Wreath Making Workshop, allowing for artful expression.

We then called in the big guy for Breakfast with Santa, a family favorite. The Ugly Sweater party allowed us to laugh at ourselves for a bit. And then, right before Christmas day, we worked on decorating at our Gingerbread House Decorating event.

For good measure, we threw a sledding party at our very own sledding hill, complete with hot dogs, s’mores, and hot chocolate over the fire.
