On the Hunt

Our eighth annual Easter Brunch & Hunt featured the ultimate Easter celebration. After a special à la carte menu, including brunch favorites like our savory steak & eggs or our deliciously syrupy pancakes, kids hopped outside to participate in our spirited Easter Egg Hunt with our surprise guest, the Easter Bunny! Our little peeps can't wait for another eggcellent Easter celebration next year.

Spring Into Golf

Our members started the golf season swinging for our annual golf outing, Spring Into Golf! Director of Golf, Eugene Bonfilio, led our avid golfers to BanBurry Golf Course – rated a top ten golf course in Idaho by Golf Digest for eight consecutive years. After putting their way to victory, our winning members were awarded for their performance at a Mexican-themed dinner prepared by Whitetail Club's Chef Marcus and completed with signature cocktails.

Season Opening Tournament

With scenic views of towering ponderosa pines, placid trout ponds, and sprawling greens – our members were thrilled to participate in our Season Opening Tournament to welcome the start of the golf season at Whitetail Club. Even with the minor cold front we experienced that spring morning, 52 players bundled up to participate in a friendly competitive scramble tournament. After a day of play, the celebration continued with our first Member Mixer of the year! Everyone in attendance recounted their best swings of the day over a selection of passed appetizers and signature cocktails.

Players brought the heat to our seventh annual Pickleball Tournament. Displaying precision, accuracy, and technique, we awarded new members the title of Whitetail Club's 2022 Pickleball Champions.

To celebrate their victory, all participants headed to our Member Mixer at The Fish & Swim Club to mingle while indulging in light appetizers and swaying to the live music.

A special Winemaker’s Dinner

On July 9th, we hosted another incredible Winemaker's Dinner featuring the famed Napa Valley vineyard, Far Niente.

Five unrivaled courses were served by The Shore Lodge culinary team featuring the vintner's very best wines, their outstanding Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay.

A Far Niente representative discussed the winery's philosophy, process, and roots as a forty-niner-founded winery dating back to 1885 while our guests savored the richness of their wines with their delicious meal pairings.
